Echo State Network-Based Adaptive Event-Triggered Control for Stochastic Nonaffine Systems with Actuator Hysteresis

This paper studies the problem of event-triggered control nonaffine stochastic nonlinear systems with actuator hysteresis. The echo state network (ESN) is introduced to approximate an unknown function. command filtering technology used avoid derivation virtual controller in design process and tries solve complexity explosion traditional method. Based on Lyapunov’s finite-time stability theory, proposed method verifies non-affine systems. It proved that can guarantee all signals closed-loop system are bounded, tracking error converge a minimal neighborhood zero even if there exists effectiveness demonstrated by simulation example. results show effective.
